Project Katoro

We participated in the sale process of a project in Katoro, which includes the construction of 42 apartments. Our role ranges from the agreement of cooperation in the investment of the project between the owner of the land and the investor, cooperation in obtaining all the necessary permits for the construction of the building and cooperation with the architect in the conceptual design of the building.

We agree with the investor to prepare a comprehensive online presentation of the Katoro project to actively manage the process of selling apartments on behalf of the investor.

We will prepare an innovative online presentation for the investor, which covers the key features of the project, architectural plans, living space solutions and other relevant information. Our approach to online presentation gives potential customers a detailed insight into the quality and attractiveness of the designed apartments.
