Rok Jelenovič, BSc in Geodesy

After completing my studies in geodesy, I decided to pursue a career in the real estate sector. My career path led me to RONI Real Estate, where my work helps me develop my professional skills, gain a deeper understanding of the real estate market and acquire valuable experience for the future.

Before joining VRJ Real Estate, I worked at a surveying company, where I gained extensive professional experience. I had a great deal of direct contact with clients, which helped me develop strong communication and organizational skills. At RONI Real Estate, I also learned the fundamentals of working as a real estate agent.

Working in real estate is full of challenges and requires a proactive approach. I truly enjoy this profession because it involves a great deal of communication with people, while also providing me with new experiences and opportunities that I am always happy to take on.

One of my major advantages in the real estate sector is my knowledge of geodesy, which I successfully studied, as well as the professional experience I gained while working in a surveying company. I have a very good understanding of the land registry and E-prostor, as well as field procedures such as boundary determination, establishment of condominium ownership, recording buildings and other surveying tasks.

To provide a better visual presentation of properties and create aerial footage, I regularly use a drone.

I am a person who enjoys new challenges and is always willing to find solutions. I enjoy communicating with people and value organization and precision in my work. My native language is Slovenian, and I also speak English and Croatian.

I look forward to every new task and approach each one with dedication, precision and organization. I am grateful for every opportunity and always strive to give my best.
